Male Circumcision Decision-Makers' Program Planning Tool (DMPPT)
Male circumcision can save both lives and money. To calculate costs and savings, this resource provides instructions and workbooks that examine costing by delivery mode based on clinical guidelines, staff time and salaries, supplies, equipment, and shared facility costs. The DMPPT also estimates the impact of male circumcision on HIV and the cost-benefit and impact of different scenarios for MC roll-out.
